Your data
Your data & your rights
Under the GDPR you decide what happens to your personal data. This page is how you exercise that — no account needed, and no charge.
The quickest routes. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter — it deletes your address immediately, no reply needed. For anything else, use the form below.
What we may hold about you
| If you… | We hold | Until |
|---|---|---|
| Wrote to us via the contact form | Name, email, subject, message | Up to 24 months |
| Subscribed to the newsletter | Email address, confirmation date | Until you unsubscribe |
| Only browsed the site | Nothing identifying you. Server logs only, held by our hosting provider. | Provider’s log policy |
We run no analytics and no advertising trackers, so there is no profile, no behavioural record and no third-party data to request. See the privacy statement for the full picture.
Rights you can exercise here
- Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16).
- Erasure — have your data deleted, the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17).
- Restriction — have us pause processing while something is disputed (Art. 18).
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable file (Art. 20).
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting what came before.
We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires. To protect you, we may first ask a question only the real data subject could answer — we will never ask you to send identity documents by email.

If you are not satisfied
You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto), Lintulahdenkuja 4, 00530 Helsinki — tietosuoja.fi. You may also write to us first at contact@aj-group.net; we would rather put it right.
